Overview
Beta is launching the new EVO My 2025 with a continued development that has helped the EVO line in becoming the best-selling trials model in the world. Beta engineers have continued the development of the EVO range for My 2025 with an all-new suspension package that improves the overall balance and rideability of the line.
The EVO range is one of the most extensive and continues to offer a total of six different models, each with its own character and able to meet the needs of all riders, raising the potential and level of enjoyment that each experiences. Proof is the significant presence of EVO models in the paddocks of every form of racing.
The Evo 80 is the ideal bike for newcomers to the sport. The Junior version is by far the easiest bike to use for young riders taking to the saddle of a combustionengine trial bike for the first time. The Senior version on the other hand is an intermediate step between the smaller bike and the bigger 125 model, sharing the same wheel size with the latter while keeping the intuitive manageability of the 80 cc engine.

new features

Suspension: The EVO MY 2025 fork features a new look with Ø39 mm tubes, 1 mm larger than the previous model. Produced by Ollé, the new fork provides an increase in the torsional rigidity at the front wheel, improving the precision and ease of the bike's ride. Its operation is asymmetrical, with the right stanchion containing the fork spring which allows the fork to react quicker over the rocks and other section hazards. The spring preload can be adjusted as well to suit the rider’s needs. The other fork leg contains an all-new inner cartridge that is 2mm larger than the previous model. This new system can be adjusted as well to control the oil flow through the valving. The combination allows riders to fine-tune their front fork depending on conditions.
The reason for this change was to increase the rigidity of the front fork while at the same time reducing weight by using a special steel tube that is thinner in construction over the previous fork. This also has allowed a greater volume inside the fork tube to improve the oil flow rates, which provide a more progressive response to compression, as well as greater precision in customisation of the settings.
The black surface treatment ensures the smoothest possible sliding, as well as a high-quality aesthetic appearance.
The rear shock is also all-new, once again from Ollé, with a body made entirely from aluminium in order to keep the weight down, the new single shock has a Ø36 mm piston derived from the Evo Factory model, and is also made from hard-anodised aluminium, in order to ensure smooth sliding and durability. Like the fork, the shock is also completely adjustable in terms of preload via the traditional preload adjusters, as well full hydraulic adjustment for rebound and overall oil flow.
The new suspension features guarantee a more progressive response for the bike in compression and improved rebound management, simplifying “floating” between rocks and the ability to absorb significant impacts, such as landing after jumping large obstacles. The end-of-travel buffering has also been optimised with the greatest focus on correct support during descent, to guarantee maximum grip of the front tyre on the terrain.
Graphics: new graphics for the 2025 model year enhances the overall look making the bike stand out in a crowd, making use of the new red and grey combinations featured on the latest models from Beta, in an original mixture which lends the vehicle a particularly distinctive personality. The skilful use of red, in this case used to enhance the grey coloured base, and the red plastic elements emphasise the bike's volumes and embellish its aesthetic appearance.

The adoption of all the most recent new additions to the preceding Model Years are also confirmed.

Electronic key: The key is composed of two parts: one part remains fastened to the bike's handlebars, while the other is magnetic (worn by the rider with a cord around their wrist), activating a mechanism in the event they are disconnected, functioning as a “Kill-Switch”.
Unlike a normal kill switch, however, the new electronic key also incorporates an anti-theft function, preventing the bike from being started when disconnected, thanks to coding which uniquely links the bike to the key, protecting against theft of the vehicle when it is left unattended.
Redesigned radiator grille: as well as optimising the air flow, it also boasts a greater protective surface area in the cap and radiator body area, to prevent these components from sustaining damage from impacts with branches, stones or in the case of a fall.
Tank cover: the shape envelops the frame and allows all the cable routing to be covered, for a clean and more orderly look. The mapping switch is also located inside it. It is, indeed, worth remembering that the EVO offers a choice of two different engine maps that the rider can select with a convenient button on the tank cover. This location makes the button easy to reach while offering protection against knocks and unintentional operation, while an LED indicator lets the rider immediately identify which map is currently in use.

two-stroke engine - 250/300
• Crankshaft and piston rod with reduced interaxle spacing for more rounded delivery and improved vehicle dynamics.
• Cylinder and head: overhauled timing and combustion chamber, providing improved torque at low rpms, while retaining engine performance at higher speeds.
Engine map: optimised in order to set up the components in the best possible way and exploit the engine's power and docility.
• Exhaust manifold: a manifold protection has been installed to avoid any overheating and to protect the manifold from impacts. As well as being functional, this rounds out the bike's overall look (also on 125 two-stroke).
